"Yell" in this lyric does not mean "to yell " in sense of shouting. It is a "Japanese English" word derived from the noun "Yell," "a rhythmic cheer chanted by a group." Romaji is "E E Ru," and it refers to a message of encouragement to a person, especially the one in the beginning of a new chapter/challenge of life.
